For over 40 years, EAGIT developed work-ready, multi-skilled engineers for industry. Following its closure, a significant training void emerged. To address this, we present Swarm REAGIT - The Revamped East Anglian Group for Industrial Training was born.

Swarm REAGIT offers next-generation vocational training for apprentices, engineers, managers, and teachers, adapting swiftly to business needs. We collaborate with FE and HE colleges across East Anglia to provide a variety of courses, including:

• Multi-skill Development for Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers
• Welding and Fabrication
• Frontline Management Training
• Food Operators Qualifications for the Food & Drink Sector
• Teacher Training for Practical and Vocational Workshop Delivery

Their mission is to produce multi-skilled engineers with practical expertise to benefit businesses.

Swarm REAGIT collaborates with various companies to develop employees across all levels, from apprentices to the management team. They offer bespoke courses tailored to specific roles, as many of these positions are unique and not widely common.
